REESE ROCKS THE ‘SNOOD’ FROM GOLD PAW SERIES

#SPONSORED: Her and her dogs received a Snood from Gold Paw Series. The feedback and opinions shared in this post are solely ours. We did not receive monetary compensation for this review. It is our choice, and a pleasure to share this product information.

We got off lightly this winter in Ontario having only a few hefty snowfalls.  There have been many cold days requiring winter wear and booties!  When we were asked to share our thoughts on this super-cute snood we happily agreed. Winter fashionable necessity!

Snood 2

I left it to Gold Paw Series to select their spokesdog for this assignment and secretly hoped it would be Henry – the dog who rolls around face-first in the snow.  No, they chose Reese, and I admit, I was a tiny bit concerned;

Reese has never been fond of wearing anything with hoods! The moment a hood is pulled over her head, she becomes frozen in place.

The delivery of the snood could not have been better timed. The snow started falling on my way home from work that day and by the time I reached my mailbox, everything had turned white.

Cozy and Nonrestrictive

Cozy and Nonrestrictive

I love dressing Reese in beautiful things, and this snood with its reversible mulberry plaid and fuchsia is indeed beautiful!  As soon as I got home I opened the package and slipped the snood over Reese’s nose, leaving her ears covered.  She waited, momentarily, for me to complete the process.  Realizing that’s all there was to it, Reese reluctantly sauntered out the door into the backyard. The reluctance due to the snow and NOT, surprisingly due to having her ears covered.

Worn Three Ways

I would go as far as to say that Reese stayed out for longer than she would normally, even engaging in a game of ‘cat and mouse’ chase with Henry!  The right outfit can make all the difference!

Our super toasty reversible neck warmer, featuring 4-way stretch, recycled content, unbeatable heat retention, and luxurious style! Long enough to cover the ears.

Reese has worn her snood in conjunction with her jacket for extra warmth and on the unusually mild days that are still fresh in the mornings, her snood does the trick – nicely. The fleece fabric is positively lush – soft and cozy.  Although not demonstrated in the images, the snood pulls down nicely over her bling, so those little medallions aren’t too cold against Reese’s chest.

I only have one complaint; these snoods are not available in size ‘human.’

    This is so cute. I need this for my schnoodle (in Ontario too). As tough as he is, he shivers in the slightest cold.

    I’m not sure if my dogs would be to happy if I tried to put snoods on them…but your dog looks adorable in them! I’ve heard of owners of long/floppy eared dogs using snoods to keep their dogs’ ears out of their food.
